BPR&D co-ordinates for/sponsors various short terms and long terms courses on police/security subjects at various training institutes/academies in the country. On an average 12 – 15 Vertical Interaction Courses (VICs), 20 – 25 Management Development Program (MDP) Courses & 5 – 7 Inland Long Term Courses (ILTC) are conducted during a Training Calendar (April – March) for IPS/Senior Police Officers of states/central police organizations.
